(which of you know me is about once a day)
this is the only time it happens.

dream come true

This beautiful piece of art is sitting at my parent's house in Kansas City. 

It is waiting for the day I graduate.  All sealed up in it's box awaiting my arrival.

Almost there dear Kitchen Aid, then you can come home with me where you belong.

Reasons why today has been great.

1.  It was beautiful today, 65 degrees.  And it's February.

2.  One of my classes was cancelled.  Which means I had a lunch break today. And I ate a free panini from Panera.

3.  One of my classes we talked about the movie Crash.

4.  One of my roommates got a new Mac (which caused me to lust and debate if I could get away with buying one...the verdict: Not right now).

5.  Grandma sent me birthday money.

6.  I bought a one-pice swimsuit for kamp that fits normally.

7.  I am officially seeing my best friend over spring break and I will get to go to the Container Store

8.  Jon McLaughlin is coming to Kansas for my 21st birthday.

9.  I can breathe out of both of my nostrils (this is wonderful since I have been sick)

10.  Conversation hearts.  Plain and simple.

I am just going to praise the Lord that I was not raised in a culture that supports lip plates among the women. 

Or that supports men and boys drinking the blood of cattle for a source of protein.

Although this is a night class, it may become one of my favorites.

In other news, I ate an entire box of Caramel Delight Girl Scout Cookies in two days.  Low point.  Or is that a high point?  You decide.

I am lusting after this.

But I only have 465 days before I am a proud owner of one of these. (I had to look the actual days up, although I would not put it past me to know that sort of useless information)*
